技术交易平台主体违约风险评价指标体系研究

Abstract At present,the research on evaluation index of technology transaction in China generally focuses on the value evaluation of patent technology.With the rapid expansion of technology trading market scale,the establishment of early warning index system for the default risk of both parties of technology transaction has become the key support demand of trading platform.This paper deeply analyzes the causes of the default risk of technology trading platform entities,builds risk evaluation index system suitable for both the supply and demand sides of technology transactions,analyzes and interprets the main indicators,and gives the evaluation index assignment,weight allocation and active feedback method.
