Abstract Core technology research is an important way to break the foreign technology blockade and enhance China's technological competitiveness.Starting from the reality of China's scientific and technological project management,this paper analyzes the characteristics and management requirements of core technology research projects.Combined with the advantages of the DARPA project manager system,the paper proposes a new distributed project manager system for core technology research to improve management efficiency by achieving scientific,precise and efficient decision-making and management,and puts forward relevant suggestions for its practical application.
