重视基于扩展适应的药物研发加强重大疫情防控技术支撑

Abstract A drug emergency R&D model based on exaptation is proposed for the prevention and control of major epidemic situation.Starting from the theoretical tracing study of exaptation,the concept of drug R&D model based on exaptation is defined,and its main types are put forward,including functional exaptation,combination exaptation and application exaptation.On this basis,focusing on the basic driving force provided by data science,the pull power provided by transformational medicine,the network organization of political,industrial,scientific research and application,and the institutional innovation,the operation mechanism of drug R&D in emergency based on exaptation is analyzed.Finally,the policy suggestions are put forward to improve China's drug R&D capacity in emergency.
