企业专利优势的分析与表征——基于13家智能手机公司的研究

Abstract Accelerating the enhancement of patent potential has become an inevitable choice for a company in the global patent competition.Thus,the characterization of patent advantage needs to be further compared and explored.After analyzing the characteristics of patent advantage,this paper proposes the analysis indicators and process of patent advantage.Through comparative analysis of 13 smartphone companie's patent advantages and clustering based on similar features,the patent activities characterization at different patent advantage levels are clarified.At last,this paper draws enlightenment on improving enterprise's patent advantage.This research may provide support for enterprises to carry out analysis and make strategic decision of patent advantage.
