Abstract In today's world, sustainable development has become a global consensus.How countries can embark on a path of sustainable development is a major issue that needs to be urgently addressed.Most of the countries along the Belt and Road are developing countries or transition economies, they are faced with more prominent problems of sustainable development and more urgent to explore the path of sustainable development.In order to achieve the UN 2030 goals, they have formulated strategies, plans and related policies suitable for their sustainable development.This paper analyzed the coding classification of these policy texts based on qualitative research.By categorizing different income grouping policies, the paper promoted the common and enlightening national sustainable development paths that can be used for reference in different development stages, such as diversified development, complementary advantage cooperation, scientific and technological progress, intensive development, enterprise reform, integrated development, legal construction, poverty alleviation and national security.The sustainable development path enlightenment of four research groups is put forward.
