创新网络关系治理机制对网络成员适应性行为的影响

Abstract From the perspective of formal and informal network coupling,this paper studies the influence of relational governance mechanism on the adaptive behavior of network members in innovation network.Taking the innovation network of Huawei as the research object,the paper studies on the influence mechanism of relational governance on adaptive behavior of network members and constructs the corresponding theoretical model by the single case method.The results show that the relationship diffusion mechanism is beneficial to the static adaptive,but unfavorable to the dynamic adaptive behavior and critical adaptive behavior.The relationship balance mechanism is beneficial to the critical adaptive behavior,but unfavorable to the static adaptive behavior and dynamic adaptive behavior.The mechanism of relationship aggregation is beneficial to the dynamic adaptive behavior,but unfavorable to the static adaptive behavior and critical adaptive behavior.The conclusion is helpful for firms to construct flexible relationship in the process of open innovation and provides some management enlightenment for enterprises to cope with discontinuous technological change.
