Research on the Shared-Intelligent mode of Regional Science and Technology Resource Service Platform under the Background of Big Data |

Abstract In the era of big data,the mode innovation of the science and technology resource service platform has become the focus of improving the utilization ratio of science and technology resources.After experiencing the resource-passive service mode and demand-active service mode,the service platform began to evolve into a new mode of shared-intelligent.This mode also has a significant effect on promoting the service level of resource platforms under the background of big data.On the basis of studying the environmental constraints and construction principles,the paper explores a new service mode including four modules:intelligent terminal layer,platform portal layer,intelligent processing layer and resource library,and builds a three-dimensional operational mechanism model of intelligent coordination,intelligent management and intelligent service,the stronger the degree of intelligent collaboration among the three modules,the higher the service level of the platform.In order to optimize service mode,suggestions are put forward from the aspects of establishing dual management system,triple supervision mechanism,multi-level legal norms and so on.
