研发国际化模式选择能否促进企业创新

Abstract Based on the research sample of China's “going out”manufacturing listed companies,from the heterogeneous perspective of organizational learning mechanism in the stage of internationalization,this paper explores the phased impacts of R&D internationalization mode choice on enterprise innovation performance.The results show that,the dual response of organizational factors and host-country factors determines the choice tendency of R&D internationalization mode,and the promotion effect of the choice of R&D internationalization mode on innovation performance will be significantly different due to the different internationalization stages of enterprises.Further research shows that,under the influence of different organizational learning mechanisms at different stages,the cooperative R&D mode significantly inhibits innovation transformation,while the sole proprietorship R&D model significantly promotes innovation transformation in the stage of in-depth development of internationalization.In the stage of diversified development of internationalization,compared with the significant promotion to innovation transformation by the sole proprietorship R&D mode,the cooperative R&D mode can better promote the innovation transformation.
