| The Current Situation of Science and Technology Ethics in China and the Countermeasures of Institution Building: Investigation Based on Judicial Precedent |

Abstract It is helpful to find out the current situation of science and technology ethics in China by investigating the judicial precedent that mention the key words of science and technology ethics.China attaches more importance to scientific research ethics than technology and engineering ethics,medical ethics and bioethics than environmental ethics and information ethics.At present,there is an urgent need to improve the ethical institution in some scientific and technological fields.The rights provisions in the scientific and technological ethical institution should distinguish between ethical fields,the accountability should be behavior-centered,the scientific research ethical institution should attach importance to the principle provisions,and the scientific and technological ethical education institution should be further improved.
