基于主题模型的地方科技成果转化政策组态效应研究

Abstract The configuration effects of policies for the transformation of science and technology(S&T)achievements are very different.Taking the policy text data of S&T achievements transformation of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)as samples,this paper uses LDA analysis method to obtain the policy factors in the samples,and then makes fsQCA analysis on these factors.The results show that there is no single policy tool that can have an absolute impact on the results of S&T achievements transformation.The combination of scientific research evaluation reform,innovation and entrepreneurship incentive,S&T financial policy,government procurement policy has a significant effect.On this basis,this paper constructs a path model to further analyze the effective combination mode,characteristics,functions and application scenarios of these policy tools,which has important reference value for all localities to use these policy combination tools scientifically and reasonably.
