促成政府引导基金参股合作伙伴关系的条件组态

Abstract Using a fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA)method, the linkage effects of the antecedent conditions such as organizational reputation, resource complementarity, interactive communication, and trust are examined for the participation of government guiding fund in the equity cooperation from the perspective of micro-configuration.The results show that there are dual paths for the government guiding fund and veture capital institutions to reach the equity cooperation, including the qualification configuration with organizational reputation as the core element, and the diligence configuration with interactive communication as the core element.Moreover, organizational reputation functionally substitutes interactive communication.Our findings enrich practical and theoretical interpretation of the heterogeneous public-private equity cooperation, and provide references for standardizing the decision-making mechanism of venture capital government guiding fund in China.
