Effect of Compound Tariff on Effective Protection Rate of Chinese Industrial Robot |

Abstract The new generation of industrial robot is the core and carrier of intelligent manufacturing.The supporting policy of industrial robot industry is a system engineering,among which tariff is an important content.The calculation of effective protection rate of industrial robot tariff in China shows that:the effective protection rate of spraying robot,multi-functional industrial robot and IC factory special industrial robot is negative;the effective protection rate of resistance robot and arc robot in automobile production line is positive;the effective protection rate of handling robot and laser welding robot in automobile production line is low,sometimes negative.China's industrial robot tariff policy is faced with a dilemma:maintaining tariffs on key parts will reduce the effective protection rate of the final product of industrial robot;removing tariffs on key parts and components will reduce the domestic research and development drive.Research subsidies on key parts instead of tariffs is conductive to improving the effective protection rate of China's industrial robot.
