| Heterogeneous Threshold Effect of Foreign Trade on Green Innovation Efficiency of Industrial Enterprises |

Abstract Based on the provincial panel data from 2007 to 2016,the article analyzes the green innovation efficiency about industrial enterprise by super SBM which is non-oriented and non-radical model of DEA,and does an empirical study on foreign trade how to impact on it through the nonlinear threshold model.The research shows that:in green innovation efficiency,there exists great differences in eight regions.There is double-threshold effect of the foreign trade on green innovation efficiency with the regional economies as the threshold variable.When crossing the first threshold,foreign trade has significant positive effect on it;when cross the second threshold,the negative spillover effect of foreign trade is obvious;industrial structure,environmental regulation,market environment and enterprise scale are all positively correlated with green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises,but human capital can't promote it effectively.
