Abstract Recently,all members of APEC have an increasing awareness of the relationship between science and technology innovation and economic development.Under this circumstance,a series of relevant policies and regulations have been issued and a favorable environment has been institutionally guaranteed.The theoretical framework of the evaluation of S&T innovation policies of international cooperation organizations is established at the beginning.This paper analyses the Asia-Pacific current situation from the aspects such as policy making,policy analysis and policy effect analysis of the practice,then emphasizes on the conclusion and analysis of the science and technology innovation policy practices issued by related international organizations from the following aspects:the key point of the policies,the activities to propel the actualization of the policies and the regulations to deepen the cooperation among member states.Moreover,improvement measures are put forward in line with the profits from advanced experiences.
