Abstract This paper makes analogue simulation of industrial cluster trans-regional cooperation and finds out the following conclusions:During the development process of industrial cluster trans-regional cooperation,it always accompanies with a three-stage evolution of “horizon-vertical-hierarchy”.In the early stage of cooperation,the network density is quite large.With the increase of enterprise quantity,the density has descended,but the descend range is getting smaller,which reflects the mature stage of industrial cluster trans-regional cooperation and that its network structure has strong robustness.Finally,different policies should be formulated at different stages of evolution.
