| The Effect of Trade Liberalization on Technology Innovation Performance of China's Industrial Sectors and Heterogeneity |

Abstract Using the panel data of China's industrial sub-sectors,and considering such factors as environmental regulation and FDI,meanwhile,by means of transcendence logarithm stochastic frontier model,this paper inspects the trade liberalization's influence on technology innovation performance and its industrial heterogeneity.The result shows that,trade liberalization significantly inhibits technology innovation performance of China's industries,but the“U”type relationship between these two sides appears.That is to say,the influence of trade liberalization on technology innovation performance is relatively limited.When the trade liberalization exceeds a certain level,it will be conductive to the increase of latter one;The obvious heterogeneity exists at the influence of trade liberalization on technology innovation performance,and in those industries with lower technology density,larger scale and more pollution,trade liberalization influence the technology innovation performance even more greatly
