| Shale Gas Public R&D Funding of US and Its Implications to China |

Abstract This paper discussed a series of shale gas research activities of the public R&D funding of America and its experience.Then,it analyzed the problems of shale gas technology development in China.At last,it proposed some suggestions to improve the effectiveness of government funding,such as coordinating from funding to transferring,to more cooperating between different sectors,to sharing the resulting products in time.
