Abstract Based on the industrial cluster theory,combining with the characteristics of the producer services industry,this paper analyzes motivation of the cluster development.The process of cluster development is divided into three stages:bud period,growth period,mature period.It analyzes the development characteristics of each period,summarizes influence factors in cluster development of producer services industry,that is urbanization level,market demand,Infrastructure,government support,advanced human capital.It also reveals mechanism of cluster development of producer services.Base on the 30 provinces data of Chinese producer services industry,it tests the influence strength and direction of influence factors,and gives the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the cluster development of producer service industry.
