Abstract This paper proposes a framework of green entrepreneurial orientation, and analyses some enterprises producing energy-saving lights.This study suggests that the degree and direction of green entrepreneurship path is different between new ventures and incumbents.With the development of industry, two paths will evolve and represent periodic characteristics.Our findings also suggest that green entrepreneurship paths of new ventures and incumbents can be integrated and promote industrial progress.
