Abstract Business model construction and formation is the foundation of the existing and development of the start-up enterprise.The study reviews the business model literature,and analyzes the dynamic equilibrium and the network embedding characters of business model.Then the study explores the key variables and the routes of the business model construction and formation.Finally,we use the case study to test and verify the theoretical model.
