Is Organizational Learning a Mediator of the Relationship between IT Capability and Technological Innovation?——An Empirical Study of Strategic Emerging Industries in Guangdong Province |

Abstract It is very important to explore the mechanism about how IT capability impacts technological innovation through organizational learning,which may help enterprises promote their technological innovation.Regression analysis has been used to test the hypotheses empirically based on the qualified examples of 130 middle and senior managers from strategic emerging industries of Guangdong.The results revealed that IT capability had significantly positive impacts on exploratory learning and exploitative learning,both exploratory learning and exploitative learning had significantly positive impacts on technological innovation,and IT capability had a full mediating impact on technological innovation through organizational learning (exploratory learning and exploitative learning).
