Abstract：Financing problem is one of the difficulties affecting the development of techology-based SMEs,and financing pain point is the key to solve the problem.This article studies the financing pain points from demand and supply.It points out that there are different financing pain points in both different types of financial institutions and different growth stages of techndogy-based SMEs.Finally the article puts forward some solutions to the financing problem.
