中、美、德、日科学仪器产业技术创新比较研究

摘要本文从产业技术创新的视角出发,构建了科学仪器产业技术创新能力评价体系,采用组合赋权法对中国与美、德、日等发达国家的科学仪器产业技术创新进行了量化评价与比较,明确了中国与国外的主要差距,并在分析目前存在问题的基础上提出了相关对策建议。

Abstract：From the perspective of industry technology innovation,this paper established an evaluation system regarding to technology innovation of scientific instrument industry and carried out a quantitative comparative research on technology innovation capability of scientific instrument industry of China,America,Germany and Japan.Based on these,it identified the gap between China's indigenous scientific instrument industry and the advanced countries',and put forwards suggestions to promote indigenous scientific instrument industry
