Abstract：Based on the estimation of the regional innovation efficiency,this paper analyses the effects of the distortion of the factors market on the regional innovation efficiency by using the panel data model.Theoretical study shows that factors market distortion is a cause of the loss of innovation efficiency.And the empirical research confirms that factors market distortion inhibits the regional innovation efficiency significantly;the degree of factor market distortion and the increasing and decreasing trend of region innovation efficiency have significant inverse consistency:a high level of factor market distortion tends to reduce the efficiency of regional innovation.Regional estimation also confirms this inhibitory effect.Though grouping regression,it can be find out that there is a nonlinear relationship between the two groups
