Abstract：Based on analysis of technological talent aggregation and regional economic development adaptation theory,this paper constructs evaluation index system from scale,structure,level and effect.On the basis of 2003—2013 data,the paper uses the coordination measurement model of composite system,evaluates the eastern,central,western,northeastern region and the country s technological talent aggregation and regional economic development suitability.The results show that:the compatibility of technological talent aggregation and regional economic development is relatively low on the scale and effect,but there is an upward trend;the compatibility on the structure and level is poor,and the upward trend is not significant.Overall,the compatibility of the level of technological talent aggregation and regional economic development is relatively low.The restriction of coordinated development is mainly due to the structure and level of technological talent aggregation
