Abstract：Based on Guangdong Province-Ministry University-Industry collaborative project,the effect of life cycle of enterprise on the performance of cooperation innovation in three phases of the innovation value chain has been explored.The results show that the relationship between life cycle of enterprise and the performance of cooperation innovation presents inverted-U shape in the phase of knowledge innovation and the phase of scientific research innovation.In the phase of product innovation,the relationship between life cycle of enterprise and the performance of new product as well as new process is not significant,while the relationship between life cycle of enterprise and achievements of transformation presents inverted-U shape
