Abstract：Structure equation model(SEM)is adopted for analyzing the relationships of research integrity behavior,research integrity knowledge,research integrity skill and research integrity attitude.The statically significant improvement associates with the research integrity knowledge,research integrity skill,research integrity attitude and research integrity behavior.It is surely appropriate to affect the research integrity attitude and research integrity skill of students by using diverse methods,and might be eventually affect the students' behavior.
