基于主成分分析的中国科技创新景气指数研究

摘要本文以创新周期为理论依据，利用主成分分析方法，构建了中国科技创新景气指数。研究结果表明，基于主成分的科技创新景气指数可以很好反映区域科技创新状况，这对我国制定、调整科技创新政策和科技资源具有重要的意义。

Abstract：Based on innovation cycle,this paper uses principal components analysis to build technological innovation climate index of China.The results show that the technological innovation climate index can reflect the status of regional technological innovation well,and its important for China to adopt and adjust technological innovation policy or resources
