Abstract：This paper analyzed the financing dilemma of the high-tech enterprises in China from the financing perspective and the degree of coupling between financial leasing and the capital requirements characterized by the high-tech enterprises with a view to designing the different structures of financial leasing corresponding with the cyclical characteristics of high-tech enterprises.The paper provided a financial innovative path of resolving the financing dilemma of China high-tech enterprises.
