The Cultural Values and Pay Satisfaction of Technological Personnel under the Collectivism and Individualism

Abstract：With the development of globalization, traditional Chinese collectivism value has been increasingly impacted by the western individualism values.This paper adopts Triandis collectivist scale and Heneman pay satisfaction multi-dimensional scale to survey the staffs in China's state-owned scientific research institutions.It uses spass15.0 for windows to calculate the correlation coefficient between the cultural values and pay satisfaction.It discusses the different satisfaction under different cultural values.
