Abstract：In the next 10 years,the Liupanshan contiguous poor areas is still development-oriented poverty alleviation exploitation in China,the aid-the-poor program is an important guarantee in the construction of well-off society.In this paper,taking the Xihaigu area of Ningxia Liupanshan contiguous poor areas as a pilot area for development-oriented poverty alleviation exploitation reliance on science and technology has typicalness and illuminating.It is a strategic choice that focusing on the future research in the area of poverty alleviation development.
