The Influence of Incubation Network Relationship on Market Incubation Performance——Empirical Analysis on the Moderating Effect of Founder's Educational Background

Abstract：Market incubation is one of the important functions of the incubation platform,previous research has focused more on innovation incubation performance while ignoring market incubation performance.This paper explores the influence mechanism of incubation network relationship on market incubation performance,and introduces the founder's educational background as a moderator to the hypothetical relationship model of incubation network and market incubation performance.According to the sample data of 234 incubators,the study found that the incubation network relationship has a positive effect on market incubation performance.The founder's education background significantly moderates the relationship between incubation network relationship trust and market incubation performance,that is,the higher the education level,the more able to strengthen the relationship between relationship trust and competitive response;However,the founder's professional background on the relationship between incubation network and market incubation performance is not significant.
