行业变革下的商业模式创新及评估——基于形态分析法和多层次框架

Abstract Under the impact of technology innovation and industrial revolution,a structured approach towards business model innovation(BMI)of a firm is proposed from the perspective of value network.This approach is scenario-oriented and includes specific steps.Morphological analysis method is applied to identify business model alternatives.Then,multi-level indicators are developed to evaluate alternatives based on strategic management and complementary assets theory.The usefulness and applicability of the provided methodology are proved by a case study of BMI for electric vehicles.
