Abstract With the steady progress of China‘s power grid construction,the complexity of power grid operation is more difficult.To enhance the scheduling system and control the large power grid and optimize the allocation of resources,improve the management level of the dispatching operation,becomes more important and urgent.Based on the intelligent dispatching technical support system,the paper presents an improved model of learning based on knowledge transfer,and constructs the process model of knowledge interaction between CoPS system integrators R&D department and the marketing department,to effectively reduce the loss of the whole intelligent scheduling technology in the system requirements,design and development,testing and construction process
