Abstract The paper reviewed the literatures of open innovation in CNKI and WOS between the 2003—2017.Then it analyzed the English and Chinese literatures graph of knowledge and content based on value innovation by using visualization tools CitespaceII.Furthermore,it combined and designed the transverse profile graph of open innovation model of service-oriented enterprise with internal value creation,value synergy with the cooperative partners,value co-creation between customers,and value convergence of network platform.And it summarized and analyzed the longitudinal trend of open innovation model.Finally,it built open innovation model of service-oriented businesses and analyzed the three big modules including the external enterprise system,internal system and operating mechanism with the pattern of crowdsourcing
