Abstract Convergence of industrial structure has been neglected by the scholars.This paper constructed two-sector economic growth model of rural-urban,and made analysis on the convergence of industrial structure and its influencing factors.Based on the panel data of 1820 counties,it made the test according to the frame of δ convergence,absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence test.The results show that the industrial structure doesn't show a trend of δ convergence,but has absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence trend;the speed of labor migration and capital deepening are important reasons;there are spatial positive spillover effects between counties
