Abstract The paper constructs a framework and revenue model to study the technology innovation of industry alliance from the perspective of Social Network.On this basis,this paper gives an empirical research with the data of China's NEV industry alliance.The results are as follows.In the process of China's NEV industry alliance technology innovation,the relationship embeddedness brings more revenues than the structural embeddedness.Weak ties bring more general knowledge accesses,new ideas and supply& market channels,which has positive effects on the technology innovation.In the early stage of technology innovation,strong relationships brings a lot of redundant knowledge,and maintain strong relationship costs a lot.So the net income is negative.With the development of technology innovation,cooperation becomes more and more important,which leads to the rapid increase of the revenue from strong ties
