| Influence of Knowledge Employees' Career Plateau to Knowledge Rent-Seeking Behaviors |

Abstract Based on review of past researches and theoretical analysis,the research explored the influence of knowledge employees' career plateau to knowledge rent-seeking behaviors.Correlation analysis shows all the three dimensions of career plateau (hierarchical plateau,content plateau and motivation plateau)has significant positive relationship with knowledge leakage behaviors and has significant negative relationship with knowledge monopoly behaviors.Regression analysis shows content plateau and motivation plateau have significant power of prediction on knowledge monopoly behaviors while motivation plateau and hierarchical plateau have significant power of prediction on knowledge leakage behaviors
