Abstract Based on the listed companies’ data of strategic emerging industries，the efficiency of the financial support of strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu province and its influencing factors were evaluated by DEA-Tobit two-stage method,The results showed that the overall efficiency of the financial support strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu province did not achieve optimal,And the trend of overall efficiency（Malmquist index）was declining，which was related to the financial institutional mechanisms，financial technology level and financial development environmental,So that，the targeted measures should be taken.
