企业家精神、商业模式创新与经营绩效

Abstract Based on the upper theory and destructing entrepreneurship form spirit of innovation and adventure,the paper,distinguishing efficiency-centered and novelty-centered business model innovation(BMI),explores the relationship of entrepreneurship,BMI and business performance.The finding,using date collecting form 192 manufacturing SMEs,show that the spirit of innovation take effects on efficiency-centered and novelty-centered BMI,as well as market performance,and then the spirit of adventure exert impacts on novelty-centered BMI and financial performance;meanwhile,efficiency-centered BMI positively impact market performance,while novelty-centered BMI positively affect financial performance.The conclusions provide several managerial implications for enterprises in China.
