Abstract Based on the interpretation of the critical theory of technology,low carbon innovation view is the new value of the view of the ecological civilization and low carbon development oriented,and the implementation technology system and the natural environment of unity and one of the five value pursuit,to nature,humanity and more high level towards.To promote the construction of ecological civilization,we should strengthen low carbon innovation concept of social construction,and should be to one of the five overall layout as the important guidance,about the implementation of low-carbon innovation driven strategy,to build a low carbon innovation oriented country;to develop low-carbon industry development planning,for the construction of low carbon innovation economy;cultivating innovative low carbon social atmosphere,for the construction of low carbon innovation society;to create a low carbon innovation culture environment,constructing innovative culture of low carbon;to strengthen the ecological environmental technology innovation,building low-carbon innovation type and ecological environment
