Abstract In open innovation,the mechanism of knowledge synergy can effectively solve the dilemma between knowledge division and the large scale collaboration.In this paper,we firstly discuss the knowledge flow of the open innovation knowledge division,knowledge sharing and knowledge integration stage.Then,from the perspective of knowledge flow,the mechanism of knowledge division and innovation performance are studied by using Amos21.0.Finally,according to the research results,three mechanisms of knowledge synergy are put forwarded based on RVP Theory.They are knowledge allocation mechanism,peer innovation mechanism and relational intellectual property mechanism,which can achieve resource synergy,operation synergy and value synergy
