新兴产业领先示范市场的政府引导模式与机制——基于嘉兴光伏市场培育模式的案例研究

Abstract The success of cultivating the distributed photovoltaic market in Jiaxing indicates that Jiaxing makes full use of the three kinds of mechanisms,economic regulation,market supervision and common service,accomplishing the cooperation surplus among the government,the enterprise and customers.Furthermore,Jiaxing model deserves to be studied by other regions.The Chinese government should not only pay attention to the overall arrangement of the top-level system level,but also pay attention to the important role of the manufacturers' behavior and consumer behavior in the micro operation level.And the government should tranfer the focus from the policy support to the end markets and consumers.
