Abstract In recent years,due to the flow of rural population and land double pressure,the new peasants middle class has gradually formed.Because of its special social status and resources it becomes“buffer zone”of each class in the village,and highlights the unique information processing ability in all aspects of the process of agricultural technology information dissemination.Based on the analysis of dynamic mechanism of the new middle peasants class to push and pull in the process of agricultural technology information dissemination,the paper concludes that the new middle class has involved in agricultural technology information dissemination to promote the important role of agricultural technology popularization,and through the analysis of its participation in the promotion of agricultural technology popularization,specific cultivation path is given.
