Abstract Firstly,based on the analysis of social governance collaborative innovation system,a framework of social governance collaborative innovation system was put forward.Secondly,based on the method the social network analysis,the basic network structure of social governance collaborative innovation system was constructed.Thirdly,the characteristics of such network structure were analyzed,which includes small-world network,scale-free network,group structure,node degree,node bridge,cut-vertex,centricity and subgroup,that will enrich the development of social governance collaborative innovation system.
