Abstract From a new perspective of service economy,the paper reviews sci-tech finance service industry by using of the internet thinking and conducts an analysis of the feasibility and necessity of the combination of it.Based on the analysis of the development status of sci-tech finance service industry,it discusses its development mode and strategies:developing equity crowdfunding guaranteed to protect the interests of investors and perfect multi-level capital market;learning from Silicon Valley Bank's development mode to make our Sci-tech Bank stronger;under integration of regional resources,building a large integrated Sci-tech financial services platform to achieve regional economic integration
