Abstract Using “process & results performance” as analytical dimension,the paper constructed the performance evaluation system of IP management & service in high-tech industrial park,which included two parts:part Ⅰ& part Ⅱ.Based on the efficiency coefficient method,it also evaluated the performance of IP management & service of 22 parks in Jiangsu.The study showed the objectivity and truth of the evaluation system,the relevance between the performance and its location.Aiming at the deficiency of the 22 parks,the paper put forward to a series of optimization suggestions in order to integrate the intellectual property management and service in the industry value chain
