Abstract This paper calculated the industrial GTFP in Guangdong from 2004 to 2013 based on Malmquist-Luenberger model,taking IPM,IU and GG in a uniform framework,it investigates the influence of IPM,IU on industrial GTFP growth.The research results show that:Industrial upgrading has a significant promotion effect on industrial green growth;Although intellectual property management doesn’t directly promote industrial green growth in Guangdong province,but in the intermediary effect of industrial upgrading,it is indirectly promote industrial green growth.
