| Analysis of the Characteristics and Problems of Chinese Enterprises R&D Expenditure Statistics |

Abstract At present,Chinese enterprises carried out more than 70% of the R&D expenditures,while 90%R&D funds of enterprises is for development,which is the outstanding feature of Chinese enterprises R&D activities.But compared to universities and research institutions,statistical data of Chinese enterprises R&D funds still exist many problems,affecting the accurate judgment to the enterprise development condition and development process.Compared with other countries in the second phase of industrialization,Chinese enterprises basic research and applied research is extremely weak,governments R&D inputs to the enterprise is very limited.All these different characteristics reflect that it is necessary to make clear the state-owned and state holding enterprises R&D funding sources,and the R&D investment model of enterprises for further studies
