大学生创业动机影响因素   ——以江苏省高校大学生为例

Abstract Based on the 1986 undergraduates sample data from the Jiangsu province,the paper carries out the empirical study on the influence of the personality,entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial environment to entrepreneurial motivation by using structural equation analysis method.Analysis results show that the top three key factors of entrepreneurial motivation are the ability to identify opportunities,policy support and career achievement level.Market opportunity identification is the most important driving factor of entrepreneurship,policy support is the external support of the entrepreneurship of college students,and career achievement level is the most distinctive feature of college students entrepreneur personality
